Drop the wifi-connect recipe and its recipe-local files. The project is no longer maintained, so keeping it in the layer leaves stale Rust crate metadata, patches, service files, and runtime dependencies with no supported upgrade path. Signed-off-by: Luciano Gomes <luciano.dittgen@ossystems.com.br>
