with the new bun releases, we don't need vite anymore for this project, we also don't need to manually compile tailwind anymore. the user is also now notified if they either don't have bun installed or they don't meet the minimum required version

Description
Remove vite and use bun for both dev and production with the new bun releases, we don't need vite anymore for this project, we also don't need to manually compile tailwind anymore.
The user is also now notified if they either don't have bun installed or they don't meet the minimum required version.
Also fixed an issue where the settings modal would close while the user was picking a color for the cursor line.
