test: add android test lanes

Stacked on #942.

Description

• Adds marker annotations for Compose UI, device UI, device storage, core service, and broad device integration androidTests.
• Adds Gradle tasks that run the dev debug instrumentation suite by annotation lane.
• Classifies existing androidTests into the new lanes without changing test behavior.
