Align debug-file, debuglink, debuginfod, and logging guidance with the current loader behavior. Document default debug search paths, override semantics, loose debuglink matching, and the script-mode startup report conditions.
Teach the GhostScope runtime-analysis skill to refresh CLI flags, script syntax, logging behavior, and debug-info semantics from live help output and current docs instead of relying on frozen cookbook details. Update CLI help so that dynamic reads do not pick up stale debug-info search guidance.
