Make the session-key documentation precise now that each connection uses a fresh ephemeral X25519 exchange (signed with the shared device key) and the ephemeral secrets are destroyed after derivation, providing forward secrecy. Updates security/how-it-works.md and security/security-model.md. Documentation-only.
