Deprecate
JoinStringConcatRectoras joining string concats depends on context and personal preference, hard to generalize. Handle it manually or via a custom rule instead.This better fits to coding stadard rule, with customizable string lenght.
Checking couple repositories on Github, where this rule is used... and its skipped.
