Bug: Placeholder ticket numbers in release notes entries

Two fix entries use MSD-XXX as placeholder ticket numbers instead of actual ticket identifiers. The surrounding entries in the same version section (MSD-2332, MSD-2350, MSD-2326) all have proper ticket numbers, suggesting these placeholders were intended to be replaced before committing the release notes.
