feat(drake): add Drake Exchange perp DEX to mainnet

Add Drake to mainnet/

Adds a protocol metadata entry for Drake (Drake Exchange), sourced from the project's docs at docs.drake.exchange.

What Drake is: a fully on-chain perpetual exchange on Monad — a hybrid on-chain CLOB with backstop AMM liquidity, cross/isolated margin via a universal-asset collateral engine, up to 50x leverage, collateral swaps, and automated yield vaults. It aims to serve as Monad's perp clearinghouse.

On the empty addresses map: Drake's docs do not publish any Monad mainnet contract addresses yet — the docs state the audit report and deployment addresses will be posted prior to the Monad mainnet launch, and the project's public GitHub repos are frontend-only. Per the repo's format rules, an empty addresses mapping is permitted (it produces a warning, not a validation error). The entry should be updated with contract addresses once Drake publishes them.

Validated locally against scripts/validate_protocol.py logic: required fields present, category DeFi::Perpetuals / Derivatives valid, no name/address collisions.
