Minor style fixes to keep the four automations/ pages consistent in voice and sentence structure after the workflows→automations rename.
Changes
automations/index.mdx: Trigger type bullets now use third-person active verbs (Runs when…) to match the parallel bullets in automations/manage.mdx and the verb pattern used throughout automations/reference.mdx.
automations/manage.mdx: Joined a sentence fragment in the Update mode section into a single complete sentence.

On automations/manage.mdx, the Update mode intro is rewritten from a sentence fragment into one complete sentence (colon plus comma between the two update options). No technical behavior, links, or examples were changed.
