Updates the DVFabricLinkUtil Fabric notebook to correct the GitHub raw URL used to download required template/resources for the utility.
Changes:
- Fixes the
GITHUB_RAW_BASE_URLpath to include theAdministration/...prefix so downloads resolve correctly. - Re-serializes the
.ipynbfile into a multi-line, pretty-printed JSON format (large, non-functional diff).
