Document Lab sample handoff path

Summary

• Add a README reviewer row that traces Orchestrator curated samples through AIGuard evidence into Lab report markers.
• Mirror the reviewer path in the Korean README.
• Extend the EdgeEnv Runtime Regression Lab handoff doc and doc guard test so the cross-repo sample handoff stays visible without changing schemas or Lab policy ownership.
