Validate EdgeEnv optional source traceability

Summary

• validate EdgeEnv handoff optional_aiguard_source_traceability in the Runtime Intelligence bundle manifest gate
• mirror the AIGuard optional stale-drop source artifact and reproduction command in the committed Lab handoff fixture
• require the new optional source traceability summary marker in CI/smoke artifact gates and document the read-only boundary
