Product & Integration, AI/ML | Program & Product Leader | U.S. Army Chief Warrant Officer Three (Retired)

I shape product and integration strategy for an AI/ML talent management platform: consolidating legacy personnel systems into a modern solution and defining the guardrails that make machine-driven guidance trustworthy. Twenty years across military operations and defense technology taught me to see the connections others miss — mapping interdependent systems, sequencing chaotic efforts into executable roadmaps, and building alignment between engineers, executives, and government stakeholders.

Everything I publish here comes from one conviction: delivery is a chain of decisions, and most programs fail at the connections, not the parts. A request has to enter cleanly, get sequenced so that each build enables the next, get defined precisely enough to build, and get communicated so the customer can actually decide. These repositories are the methods I use at each link, plus the AI workflows that accelerate all of them.

A request travels a path from idea to fielded value. Each repo covers one stage:

All published material is generalized methodology, original work, and notional demo data. No customer data, system specifics, or government work product appears in any repository.

This portfolio is itself run on the framework — the public delivery board is the intake gate, live.


Principles Behind the Work

  • Sequence is strategy. The highest-value backlog delivered in the wrong order still fails, because capability B needed capability A to matter. I plan and communicate in enablement chains, not ranked lists.
  • Decisions should be easy to make and hard to misunderstand. My job is to shape the choice: criteria first, options compared honestly, a recommendation with its reasoning showing, and an explicit ask. Customers decide faster when the thinking is visible.
  • Ground truth beats reported truth. How work is actually done diverges from how policy says it's done. Watch the workarounds; every workaround is an unstated requirement.
  • Scrum is a leadership framework, not a religion. It can be deviated from, under leadership that can articulate and manage its own framework. The discipline is in knowing why you deviate.
  • Trustworthy AI is a product decision, not a model decision. Guardrails, human-in-the-loop design, and honest disposition frameworks are what turn contested debates into documented concurrence.
