When Swagger was the name of the spec, calling "Swagger UI" "Swagger" was fairly reasonable, because it was all one thing.
For the last decade OpenAPI has been the name of the specification, and Swagger has become just one old tool that is falling out of popularity, so we should help be clear about what we're talking about.
