When Swagger was the name of the spec, calling "Swagger UI" "Swagger" was fairly reasonable, because it was all one thing.

For the last decade OpenAPI has been the name of the specification, and Swagger has become just one old tool that is falling out of popularity, so we should help be clear about what we're talking about.

• This points people to https://spec.openapis.org/ instead of SmartBear-controlled swagger.io
• Changes "Swagger" to "OpenAPI" when talking about the plugin or the specification.
• Changes "Swagger" to "Swagger UI" when talking about that old doc viewer.
