Description
Enables the custom AI onboarding flow, executed when the
onboarding=aireferral param is present.Steps to test this PR

Default-on changes which new installs see the custom AI onboarding path when referral and other toggles align; rollout can still be controlled remotely, but first-run UX shifts without a code-path change in resolve logic.
Overview
Renames the remote feature from
customDuckAiOnboarding/CustomDuckAiOnboardingFeaturetocustomAiOnboarding/CustomAiOnboardingFeature, and updatesCustomAiOnboardingStoreImpland unit tests to inject the renamed toggle.The important behavior change is flipping the toggle’s default from off to on (
DefaultFeatureValue.TRUE), so installs with theonboarding=aiinstall referrer can engage the custom AI onboarding plan when the other preconditions (orchestrator, brand design update) are also enabled—unless remote config overrides the flag.Reviewed by Cursor Bugbot for commit 4b3e769.
