Summary

• Refresh committed GitHub repo stats for covered wiki articles with 2026-07-15 metadata.
• Update the trending repositories operating note from the 2026-07-15 GitHub Search API results.
• Keep the change limited to wiki content and generated stats; merge is left to devswha.

Test results

• npm test -- --run passed: 77 tests.
• npm run typecheck passed.
• npm run build passed. The stats collector kept some cached rows during the verification build after GitHub returned rate-limit style 403s, but the committed stats were already refreshed from the earlier successful build.
