Restore a LICENSE file to the template. The LICENSE file was removed with cap-java@4df4dcc. This file is required, even if considered redundant with files under the LICENSES folder, as it is recognized by GitHub, to show license information on the repository "About" section. This is also a guideline for SAP owned open source repositories - refer to the internal link https://wiki.one.int.sap/wiki/x/A6Lui#PublishingonGitHub.com-Licensing.
