I just completed my M.S. in Information Systems at the University of Colorado Denver (May 2026), focused on business systems analysis, process improvement, operational analytics, and workflow-driven systems design. I’m also a Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator with interests in workflow optimization, reporting systems, and technology-enabled process improvement.

My background includes experience in operational reporting, forecasting, CRM systems, workflow analysis, compliance-oriented processes, and process documentation. In addition to analytics and systems work, I enjoy building lightweight operational tools and workflow-focused prototypes that help translate messy or inefficient processes into more structured, scalable systems.
