Summary

Playwright browser install used bare playwright command, which isn't in PATH
Now uses venv's playwright binary (same pattern as pip fix in PR fix: pip upgrade uses python -m pip and rmtree handles Windows readonly files #164)
Error message gives the correct full path so users can copy-paste

Test plan

Windows: playwright chromium auto-installs during python install.py
macOS: playwright chromium auto-installs during python install.py


          fix: use venv playwright binary and correct error path
