Bumps the embedded ant-core data client from 0.2.6 to 0.2.7. Brings merkle upload reliability fixes (no full-upload abort on a single failed preflight quote; retry quorum-short chunks) plus transitive ant-protocol 2.1.2 and saorsa-core 0.24.5.
