Area: SteamVR Driver
The Windows installer copies the driver into the SteamVR drivers folder, we should avoid adding the driver ourselves if this is the case since having a driver registered twice is undefined behaviour according to https://github.com/ValveSoftware/openvr/wiki/Local-Driver-Registration.
