Note: this will resolve the default null issue for Central Asia countries. However, the assumption that the Central Asian countries do not have any sanitary landfills needs to be double-checked. The assumption of zero landfill was made because IPCC does not have any number for this region, see the image below from Hugh. A separate backlog ticket will be created to track this.
