Summary
335c7a22stamp_consecutive_losses_on_snapshotin CIRoot cause
The runtime imported a helper that was absent from an older locked QPK revision. The lock now resolves the canonical QPK pin, and CI directly imports the required helper to prevent a future lock/API drift from passing unnoticed.
