Since we moved the AArch64 platform from SBSA to Arm Virt, the corresponding file synchronization process also needs updating to reflect such movement.
This change is to drop the SBSA support and replace it with the ARM virt counterpart, if they are not already there.
This is part of the solution to OpenDevicePartnership/patina-dxe-core-qemu#191.
