@kuqin12, I should merge a separate branch used for Patina PR validation back into main in this repo so your changes here can be based on it. Right now, the workflow is still using the other branch. More just a heads up for ordering the PRs. |

This change switches to newly onboarded ARM virt platform for PR validation.
The SBSA call out will be dropped after this change.
Needs to be merged after OpenDevicePartnership/patina-qemu#250.
