The 0.4.5 split into @stupify/exe-cli and @stupify/exe-host can't ship via trusted-publisher CI: npm OIDC can't create a never-published package, and a package must exist before it can have a trusted publisher. Bundle both helpers into @stupify/cli at publish time (the self-contained shape 0.4.x shipped pre-split) and drop the helper-publish step, so CI publishes one package via the Octember/stupify trusted publisher.
