This PR migrates the existing Sphinx/MyST documentation under
docs/source/to Fern MDX atdocs/fern/, targetingdocs.nvidia.com/nemo/runwith the NVIDIA global theme. It adds nine converted pages (landing, six guides, FAQs with accordion collapsibles, and a guides index), Fern config/navigation/redirects, shared MDX components, and four GitHub Actions workflows forfern check, doc previews, and publish. Legacy Sphinx sources are left in place for now; API reference from autoapi was not migrated. Preview and publish workflows require theDOCS_FERN_TOKENorg secret.Test plan
