Generalize DateField to `mode: date | time | datetime`. time/datetime now use the on-brand popover instead of the native controls: calendar (date/datetime) + styled hour/minute selects (time/datetime), with Today/Now/Clear. Values keep the native shapes (`HH:MM`, `YYYY-MM-DDTHH:MM`) so validation/submit are unchanged. New `dateNow` label (EN/DE/HU).
