Full Hungarian translation of the dictionary (matches the Dictionary shape, so typecheck enforces completeness). Adds `hu` to the Locale type + locales list, generalizes the cookie-locale validation to the locales array, and adds Magyar to the language switcher.

Adds Hungarian as a third language alongside EN/DE. Full translation of the dictionary (the
huobject satisfies theDictionarytype, so typecheck guarantees no key is missing).huadded to theLocaletype +localeslist; cookie-locale validation generalized to the locales array; Magyar added to the language switcher. typecheck/lint/build green.
