WIP: when complete, fixes #3 .
The goal is to transform this
.md/.ipynbtutorial into a collection of smaller Python scripts that separately explore the data, run the inference, and plot the results, rather than a giant monolithic file. The images produced from the scripts will be displayed simply using markdown within the README file.
