YEARLY UPDATE: Adjust content and add genAI Element

We discussed as a group adding in genAI-related topics to our different lessons because, you know, they're important in this day and age.

And in a completely appropriate turn of events, I used AI to also help me clean up the episodes and make them overall more accessible / readable (not just giant blocks of text) as well as generating instructor directions so the motivation can be understood.

What does this mean?
