partslist so(N fuzzy)prints whether or not there were exact merges — previously theif fuzzy_mergesbranch was nested insideif exact_merges, and a doc-only / semantic-only run withexact_merges == 0printedDeduplicated N node(s).with no breakdown.tests/test_dedup.py:test_dedup_summary_prints_fuzzy_count_when_no_exact_merges— cross-file long labels, entropy-gated, JW-close → exact=0, fuzzy=1; asserts"fuzzy"appears in the log and"exact"does not.test_dedup_summary_still_reports_exact_only— same-file identical normalized labels → exact=1, fuzzy=0; pins the reverse case.Closes #1857.
Test plan
uv run --frozen pytest tests/test_dedup.py -q→ 36 passed (up from 34).uv run --frozen pytest tests/ -q→ 3195 passed, 3 skipped (baseline was 3193; delta = the two new tests).uv run --frozen pre-commit run --files graphify/dedup.py tests/test_dedup.py→ skillgen + ruff green.
