feat: Finalize v3 updates for WindowsUpdate-Manager#6

Combined all outstanding suggestions into a single update for v3 release. Changes: - Replaced all calls to `Pause` with the project's standard `Pause-UI` to preserve visual formatting. - Removed duplicate function definitions (`Read-YesNo`, `Ensure-MicrosoftUpdateService`, `Pause`) at the end of `WindowsUpdate-Manager.ps1`. - Removed the duplicate `Main` execution call at the end of the script. - Updated `README.md` and `USER_GUIDE.md` to reflect the v3 feature set (ASCII art, sound effects, 24-bit RGB) and normalized the script name to `WindowsUpdate-Manager.ps1`.

Resolves all remaining suggestions in the repo by standardizing pauses, removing redundant duplicated script code at the end of the file, and updating documentation to match the new v3 functionality.
