Previously a simple v-dialog was used in StatisticsDialog. This change replaces it with a custom built dialog with in built closing button, title handling.
Guideline statistics page not taking selected run name into account and because of that, it tries to show statistics for every run which fails if there is any run which was stored with codechecker version older than 6.24. This change fixes this behaviour and shows the statistics only for the selected run if there is any otherwise shows all.
