A new CloudComPy release, mainly to follow CloudCompare developments (Qt6 build) and to prepare PyPI wheels (quite a challenge, not yet fully solved).
All the binaries (Linux, macOS, Windows) embeds the prerequisite libraries, the user does not need to install conda anymore, only a Python environment is required.
