FPS Limiter

CrossCode mod for capping the game's framerate, using a new option in Video settings.

Notes

• After changing this option, restart your game for it to take effect!
• This is primarily intended for players who have high refresh rate monitors, allowing them to play on lower fps settings.
• This will not work to increase your FPS above your monitor's refresh rate.
