Update dependency versions: upgrade react-native-svg to 15.15.1 and lucide-react-native to 0.563.0, and bump dev deps (@types/node, @types/react, eas-cli-local-build-plugin) for toolchain compatibility. package-lock.json and ios/Podfile.lock were updated to lock the new versions and their checksums.
