…epo-root azsdk-evals Relocates the eval config, eval specs, and fixtures to a top-level azsdk-evals/ folder and updates all depth-sensitive relative paths (.vally.yaml, *.eval.yaml source/skill mounts), the pipeline entrypoints (workflow-eval.yml, live-eval.yml vallyRoot + path filters), the folder-invariant test, and README links. Folder-invariant eval tests pass (42/42).
