[OGUI-1896] Use element ID instead of path in element page for test robustness

I have JIRA issue created

• branch and/or PR name(s) includes JIRA ID
• issue has "Fix version" assigned
• issue "Status" is set to "In review"
• PR labels are selected
• [N/A] FLP integration tests were ran successful

PR which:

• updates a front-end test (puppeteer) to make it more robust by using the ID selector instead of the element path selector
• this test while it was never failing locally, it was half of the time on GH actions
