Adds Reaction Roles plugin (adb-plugin-reaction-roles) to the registry. Features:\n- Unlimited panels per server\n- Modes: emoji reactions, buttons, dropdown menus\n- Panel types: single, multiple, and exclusive role assignment\n- Group-level descriptions/labels with nested roles\n- Commands: /reactionrole create/add/remove/delete/list/refresh\n\nCloses AdvancedDiscordBot/Advanced-Discord-Bot#3
