Make aquifer_summary support aquifers created through Model class

As discussed in #122. When creating a `Model` the `aquifer_summary()` method doesn't work. I added an informative error in one of the recent PRs (#123 or #79). But it would make sense to adapt aquifer_summary to also support any type of model/aquifer.
