Update the Scanner-Process-Archetype for maven

There are some improvements necessary regarding the maven archetype for new scan processes:

• Rename "default_process.bpmn" to something scanner specific
• Fix invalid html in approve form
• Forms have "Portscan" as hardcoded headline
• Initial Process version should be 1
• Replace custom persistence provider with persistence provider from the SDK
• Replace Test name with something scanner specific
