Forgot password not logging `Fail for '$email', no user matching this email` if user is in trash

Hi @ryancramerdesign - the include=all here: https://github.com/processwire/processwire/blob/4bf3a6d09cfd2c5d3f8a1c195d768889434ba0b1/wire/modules/Process/ProcessForgotPassword/ProcessForgotPassword.module#L243 in the issue.

The $this->wire()->session->allowLogin() stops the process from proceeding, but I still think we need the logging to work please.
