Enablement: OpenShift 5 prototype support

Problem statement

OpenShift has built a vibe coded prototype to test the new Cluster update workflow. The prototype is a mix of tailwind, patternfly and custom styling and the PMs want to show a better representation of the new unified theme shipping in OpenShift 5.

Goal

• Work with to update the prototype to reference patternfly components.

• Contribute PRs as needed
