Pass through 'warnings' field from alttxt package in alttxt API

When https://github.com/visdesignlab/upset-alt-txt-gen/issues/47 is complete, the alttxt package will emit a `warnings` field when there are potential issues with the generated alttxt. This field should be included in the API response from `api/alttxt.py`.
