Cherry picked commit's message skips the prefix of the original one

See https://github.com/mapbox/mapbox-gl-native/pull/12823 where commit message should be `[android] - update changelog for v6.5.0-beta.1` and is `- update changelog for v6.5.0-beta.1`. Similar situation in https://github.com/mapbox/mapbox-gl-native/pull/13015.
