Update all supporting documentation files to reflect audit findings and completed Wave 5.2 work.

Context

Wave 5.2 audit identified multiple documentation files that need updating:

• docs/LABEL_STRATEGY.md — incomplete
• docs/ISSUE_FIELDS.md — needs field mapping rationale
• docs/ISSUE_TYPES.md — needs type-to-project-field mapping and decision tree

Acceptance Criteria

• docs/LABEL_STRATEGY.md: Complete with color family strategy and assignment rules
• docs/ISSUE_FIELDS.md: Document field mapping rationale and type collapse reasoning
• docs/ISSUE_TYPES.md: Add type-to-project-field mapping and naming guidelines
• docs/LABEL_INVENTORY.md: Create with all 150 labels organized by family
• All files pass frontmatter validation
• All files pass markdown linting
• Cross-references verified (no broken links)
