No HDMI Signal detected

i am conecting from a windows 11 machine using Chrome to a Ubuntu machine it worked but if i leave the tab minimized for a bit while im in another browser tab when i go back i get the No HDMI Signal detected error. refreshing the page does not work and closeing the tab and reopening it does not work. the only thing ive found that works is unpluging the hdmi and repluging it in, it will work again untill i close it or swap tabs for a bit

Ok still playing with it i have found that using the touch screen on the kvm to restart the device reconects the hdmi and that the hdmi also disconects when in the kvm window
