Surround Keywords tool: don't tag keywords in sourcecode

Same as #80, but the "Surround BCP 14 Keywords" tool should not add <bcp14/> tags to key words in <sourcecode/> as this disrupts the source code itself

This is already the case.

Are you using the latest version? If not, can you post an example where it doesn't exclude them correctly?
