• positional param loop section: add explicit statement to cd raw_fastq before writing loop script

• long exercise in positional params: for some reason all questions are labeled as "1."

• long exercise in positional params: add a bit at the end actually instructing them to run the script

• long exercise in positional params: formatting of exercise "click for answer" is weird in .md (but fine in .html), could consider this format which might work for both:
